Chris Dippenaar started out as a building site manager, so every plan is drawn by someone who knows how a house actually goes up. A drawing must not only look good on paper, it must work on site.
Each plan set comes complete: floor plans, elevations and sections, roof truss detail and electrical and water layouts, as PDF and DWG files.

When you buy a plan, you get the complete drawing set for that house, sent to you by email as PDF and DWG (AutoCAD) files.
To build, you appoint a draughtsman in your area who knows your local council. They sign off the plans, draw the site plan for your stand, fill in the council documents and submit the plans for approval. Their fees, engineer's designs and municipal fees are not included in the plan price.
