LAND PROPERTY ARCHITECTURAL DRAUGHTING has carried out a variety of work ranging from individual houses to commercial and institutional projects, with construction values from under R50, 000 to over R2 million. Specialist capabilities offered by the practice include work to business and residential projects. Work has been carried out for a wide range of clientele ranging from one on one to developers.
LPAD has considerable experience of altering and extending private houses, and has achieved great success in this field. The practice has also designed new houses and house to office conversions, and developments for private developers and housing associations.
Other work has included office, industrial and commercial projects. We also specialize in lapa’s, developments,swimming pools carports and or any small project drawing work.
